I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream

A special treat has been brought to the city of DeKalb. What’s the Scoop Ice Cream Parlor opened its doors right off of Highway 82 in late 2022. The full service Ice Cream Shop brings a new dynamic to the city and something for everyone.

“What’s The Scoop is a fully fledged Ice Cream Parlor with a little bit of everything,” said owner Selenda Young.

“The only ice cream we carry is Blue Bell and we have 22 different flavors excluding our seasonal offerings,” said Young. “We also offer baked goods like Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls and more.”
