It was another big week of district volleyball action for local squads with playoff implications on the line.
The New Boston Lady Lions had a great week of action and solidified their spot in the postseason with wins over Redwater and Atlanta.
On Tuesday, the Lady Lions swept the Lady Dragons from Redwater. In the varsity matchup, Ava Littleton had 13 service points and Keonna Haney added 10 to lead the effort. Jayla Rowden came up big up front at the net yet again as she crushed it with 14 kills in the match. Bo Hurst and Karli Strain each contributed to the win with 11 assists. Littleton also had 10 digs on the night.
