On Saturday, January 21 three DeKalb High School students, Preston Brewer, Fisher Pickens, and Dalton Singleton earned Scouting’s highest ranking award, Eagle Scout. The Scouts began their journey together eleven years ago as Tiger Cubs. Each Eagle Scout hon- ored a mentor that assisted them with their Scouting endeavors. Preston honored Tim Graham, who was the Scout Master when the three crossed over from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. Fisher honored Clyde Armstrong, who currently is Assistant Scout Master. Dalton honored Corey Berry, who is the current Scout Master.
