Brothers Blerin and Luigi Dervishaj want to share their love of the food they grew up eating with diners in Bowie County.
The brothers have been working hard to open Roma Italian Restaurant in downtown New Boston. And the opening date is soon arriving.
The Dervishaj brothers are the owners of two other Roma locations in Hugo and Antlers, Oklahoma. But this will be their first location in Texas, Blerin said.
