Public safety was at the heart of the city council agenda in New Boston.
By unanimous vote, the New Boston City Council approved three resolutions that will allow the New Boston Police Department to apply for grants to provide officers with upgraded camera equipment.
“This stuff is not free and just because we’re a small town, they don’t just give it to us so I have to go after these grants,” said Capt. Chris Taillon of the NBPD.
