Beginning this Monday night, February 12, from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m., crews began working on repairs at the westbound I-30/I-369/ US 59 interchange. This nighttime work requires closing the main lanes of I-30 from approximately Mile 222 (between Summerhill Road and Cowhorn Creek) to Mile 220 (between University and Kings Highway). The westbound frontage road will remain open. All I-30 westbound traffic will be exited at Exit 220B/Richmond Road exit. Traffic will re-enter westbound I-30 between University and Kings Highway. Traffic traveling to I-369S/US 59S will travel the westbound frontage road to University and take the westbound to eastbound U-Turn bridge to the eastbound frontage road to the I-369/US 59 entrance ramp. Nighttime road closures for this work are also scheduled for Thursday, February 15 and Friday, February 16. Inclement weather or other unforeseen issues could cause delays or changes in the work schedule.
Other nighttime work is scheduled along the I-30 eastbound lanes, from Kings Highway to the Arkansas state line to do pavement repairs over the next two weeks. This work will require nightly lane closures. Traffic will be restricted to one lane at night during these operations. Inclement weather or other unforeseen issues could cause delays or changes in the work schedule.
Other work not related to the I-30 project is scheduled for the night of Tuesday, February 13 From 8 p.m. until 6 a.m., crews will be working southbound on I-369, between I-30 and US 67 to remove overhead signs. Traffic will be restricted to one lane for this work. The entrance ramp from North Bishop Road and the exit ramp to Westlawn Drive will be closed for this work. Inclement weather or other unforeseen issues could cause delays or changes in the work schedule.
