Local Assistant Principal awarded Area 3 Aministrator of the Year

NBHS graduate and current Assistant Principal For Student Advancement at Texas High School, Charlotte Leon, was recently named Area 3 Administrator of The Year by the Career and Technical Association of Texas (CTAT).

“I was very surprised to hear that I received this recognition,” said Leon. “We have so many excellent administrators who work tirelessly to enhance opportunities for students.”

“I feel like I’m just doing my job, not that I’m doing anything exceptional for recognition,” said Leon. “It’s my teachers and students who are doing the really nifty things.”
