Mrs. Omazell Hooks, retired teacher from Marvin Pynes High School, was honored by her former students from the Class of 1965, Sunday, February 18, 2024, at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Dekalb, Texas.

Words of Praise, Honor and Appreciation were given by two of her former students, Paul Akins Sr., of OKC, OK, and Rev. Bobby Thompson, of Houston, TX, representing the Class of 1965.
