The Holiday Springs Waterpark in Texarkana takes on a new title during early phases of redevelopment.
The project was met by Phillippians 2:3 Consulting Company in an eager attempt to reconstruct and better manage the property.
“I see this waterpark making a complete change in the direction it was going before. So, what we are doing right now is going through every attraction and making sure that it’s working properly. Those are some things that are extremely important to us,” said Johnny Blevins, president of P2:3.
