Texas A&M University - Texarkana held a ceremony last Thursday presenting Dr. Ross Alexander with the Presidential Medallion to establish his official leadership over the university.
State representatives, local leaders, and members of the Texas A&M System gathered for the investiture of Dr. Ross Alexander.
The ceremony began with an introduction by Dr. Melinda Arnold, Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs, followed by proclamations from representatives of the United States Congress, Texas Senate, Texas House of Representatives, and both mayors of Texarkana, Texas and Arkansas.
