An effort to put together a long-range plan to improve the business climate and bring more business into New Boston is underway and planners are seeking the help of everyone in the community to help formulate the plan.
Forward New Boston is the newest initiative to improve the way of life for not only the citizens of New Boston but the whole area. The plan hopes to be a three-to-five-year road map to see business growth and is being directed by the New Boston Special Industrial Development Corporation, in conjunction with local leaders and organizations like TexAmericas Center and ARTEX-REDI.
A steering committee made up of New Boston ISD Superintendent Brian Bobbitt, TexAmericas Scott Norton and REDI’s Rob Sitterley reached out to Boyette Strategic Advisors to help put the plan together. Boyette is a Little Rock company that specializes in identifying community assets and providing direction for future growth.
