The National Council of the Boy Scouts of America recently presented an award to honor one of its top volunteer leaders for their noteworthy service to the organization.
Patricia Cunningham was presented with the “Silver Beaver Award” during a ceremony held at Texarkana College.
“It means a great deal to me to be given this award,” said Cunningham. “It is a very meaningful and gratifying achievement that I never imagined I would receive.”
