Weekly Devotional

Hello! Hope you have had an AMAZING day and week!!!

So this week we had the honor of having a missionary family at our church! They truly spoke to my heart with the work they are doing. They have been all over the world guiding families to faith and spreading the Gospel all over. They have been in some really dangerous places and were persecuted for their faith, but they kept on sharing.

As it says in the Bible, go out and disciple people of all nations! We should not just care about the people in our church, or the Christians in our community. Sure that is GREAT to fellowship amongst other believers, but we should go to the unreached! I am not saying go to the other town on the other side of the entire world! Sure that’s great if you do! But you can minister in your own community.

From the people next door, your coworkers, a family member, a dear friend , ANYONE! You do not have to have some fancy training or schooling to do it, again that’s SUPER AWESOME if you do,but you can be the hands and feet of GOD if you’re a teacher, preacher, or working at Hobby Lobby! You can do this by spreading the good news of JESUS all over! Just having a quick conversation with your fellow coworker who knows nothing about GOD could change a LIFE! An impact that’s small could make a WAVE that’s HUGE! SO yes YOU can be a missionary in your own town and community! Please pray over all missionaries and those who are helping other missionaries! Pray for guidance, safety, and that they will make a big impact shining GOD’S light! Have a great week and stay safe! Need a church home FBC DK is for you! 9:30-Small Group, 10:45-Worship. SEE YOU THERE!!! You are LOVED, BEAUTIFUL, and SPECIAL, in GOD’S eyes!
