To celebrate Olympics week, the residents at Autumn Wind Assisted Living in New Boston held their own Senior Olympics Wednesday. Using beach balls, Nerf guns and cornhole boards, seniors participated in indoor versions of beach volleyball, shot put, sharp shooting and discus.
Loletta Murray, 100, of DeKalb, was selected to carry the Olympic torch to start the games.
