Pam Kumpe
Recently, during one of my street ministry outings, I had a moment that touched my heart. I was in Texarkana, handing out Gatorade to those in the heat, when a homeless man I’ve come to know looked up and said, out of the blue, “Someday, I’ll be special.”
His words struck a chord deep within me, reminding me of the beautiful truths in Psalm 139. Immediately, I felt the nudge to share the Word with him, to remind him—and myself—of how precious we are in the eyes of our Creator.
