The Texas Department of Public Safety in connection with CrimeStoppers is looking into the unsolved five-year-old hit and run of a Maud woman.
The body of Jessica Ann Rachel was found near the railroad tracks at U.S. Highway 67 and Texas Highway 8 in Maud, Texas, on August 6, 2019.
Investigators responded to the incident at 3:21 a.m. where Rachel was pronounced dead at the scene.
