The City of Texarkana, Texas, and Texarkana College have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), approved by the City Council, to formalize a collaborative partnership that will create new opportunities for community development, economic growth, and workforce training.
This agreement highlights several key initiatives designed to benefit both City employees and Texarkana College students and faculty:
•Health & Recreation Access: City employees will now have access to the Pinkerton Health & Recreation Complex at Texarkana College.
