LeAnn Potter has served as the Office Manager at Rip England Premier Realty for 8 years.
If you ask any colleague, they will quickly tell you that LeAnn is the backbone of the office and the reason the office operates so efficiently. They will also attest that her proactive approach ensures smooth operations, even if she jokingly reaches for the NO button on her desk from time to time. Her responsibilities span a wide range, from ensuring property photos are meticulously edited and helping with listing descriptions to managing online listings and handling phone inquiries. LeAnn’s dedication extends beyond the office walls; as a committed wife and mother, family holds a central place in her life. Married to her husband, Dewayne, for 16 years, they share the joy of raising their three children, Nate, Kylee, & Rylee. She is a member of Siloam Baptist Church where she enjoys helping with the youth, the women’s ministry and volunteering in the nursery. When LeAnn is not working, you can find her supporting her children’s pursuits, whether it’s cheering them on at sports events or sharing memorable moments in the great outdoors. Above all, her greatest treasure is time spent with her family.
