It was a spectacular night for high school football this past Friday as the Bears, Hornets, Lions and Cardinals all won their games.
The Bears ended the night as perhaps the biggest winner as they came from 14 points behind to knock off the preseason state ranked and district favorite Daingerfield Tigers.
The boys from DeKalb had no quit in them as the trailed by two touchdowns early in the game, but rallied in the final minutes to garner the 30-28 district win.
