The opening of a scrap metal recycling center in Bowie County shows that one person’s junk is another man’s treasure.
Red River Recycling is opening in the vacant lot at the intersection of Farm to Market 1840 and Texas Highway 98 just outside of New Boston.
The facility will be the third location of Red River Recycling. They are presently operating in Paris, Texas, and Vallant, Oklahoma.
