Lottery winner hopefuls have heard of a new lucky spot in New Boston. Skaggs Country Store at I30 and Highway 8 sold one of the winning tickets in the February 11th drawing for $28 million. There were a total of three winning tickets who will each receive a split of the $28,785,931.44.
