Redwater Mayor James Stokes, along with City Council Members Berna Dean Brown, Otis Baker, and Darcy McCloskey, recently broke ground for the new Redwater City Hall. The new building will be located on Hwy 67 adjacent to the present City Hall and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 1995.
