Bounds is a veteran turkey hunter from Lufkin who will turn 83 on his next birthday. Though he doesn’t get around near as well as he once did, Bounds still has what it takes to outsmart a wily ol’ gobbler.
Down, But Not Out The cards were stacked especially tall against Bounds this hunting season, thanks to an unfortunate accident that happened at his home in the morning prior to the eastern wild turkey season opener in 12 East Texas counties.
