Bodie Colwell, John Bentley, Daniel Bentley and Henry Sargeant teamed to take the top spot in the 5th Annual “The Op Masters” catfish tournament held May 23-26 out of Jackson Hill Marina on Sam Rayburn Reservoir.
The annual charity tournament has raised more than $60,000 for families in need, including more than $16,000 in 2025. Anglers were allowed to catch fish using any legal means or methods besides hand fishing. Most relied on trotlines.
The tournament champions weighed in three flatheads weighing 137 pounds. They won $3,820, plus commemorative belt buckles and a $500 annual service coupon from Premier Boating Centers.
