The Dogwood Garden Club

The Dogwood Garden Club of New Boston Texas is thrilled to award the June Yard Of the Month to Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Maddox of 103 Myrtle Drive, New Boston. Their lush, blooming garden is a vibrant spectacle, showcasing a kaleidoscope of colors. The diverse array of flowers, including periwinkle, coleus, inpatients, sunflowers, wandering Jew, and coneflower, blooming in a stunning display of pink, blue, purple, red and yellow. The beautifully manicured hosta, monkey grass, sage, trees, and shrubs provide a picturesque backdrop. Notably, a small Chinese pistache tree, still in its early stages, made a remarkable impression and underscored the significance of the statement, “ To plant a garden is to believe in the future.” Heartfelt congratulations to the Maddox’s on this well-deserved recognition
