Several Texas lakes named in annual Bassmaster Top 100 list
Bassmaster Magazine recently unveiled its annual Top 100 Bass Lakes of America list. The comprehensive list is divided into five categories. Among them are the Top 10 reservoirs nationally, along with the Top 25 for four regions of the United States — Central, Southeastern, Northeastern and Western.
BASS says the 2025 rankings were developed through a combination of tournament data, fishery reports from state wildlife agencies and feedback from thousands of anglers across the country. More than 500 bodies of water were evaluated.
