The newly constructed Harbison Memorial Library at Crestview Elementary is finished, both inside and outside. Special facilities for viewing large screen broadcasts and videos occupy one corner of the Library. The Library’s bookshelves have been decorated by Sarah Westfall, Crestview’s librarian, with homemade ceramics, figurines, and potted plants. The check out desk includes a new desk and computer system for more efficient service to incoming elementary students.
