Traffic may have stopped for the parade, but nothing could slow down the action at this year’s DeKalb Oktoberfest, held Saturday, October 4th. From “bull” riding to mutton bustin’, quilt shows to chili bowls, and vendors taking over downtown, DeKalb was full of family, friends, and fun for all.
