Participants leverage the ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate to measure and close the skills gap and build common frameworks that link, align, and match their workforce development efforts. The New Boston SIDC/ CDC and the New Boston Chamber of Commerce are partnering with the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, who is overseeing the ACT Work Ready Communities certification process for Bowie County. Miller County, Arkansas is certified.
