Former New Boston High School coach will serve a ten-year prison sentence after failing to follow conditions of his parole for a 2019 sexual misconduct conviction by attending a Longview church.
Zachary Moody, 49, appeared before 5th District Judge Bill Miller for a probation revocation hearing Friday in regards to his 2019 conviction of sexual indecency and an improper relationship between an educator and child.
A jury sentenced Moody to fi ve years on the indecency charge and ten years for the relationship but asked the terms be probated.
