A congratulatory tip of the hat goes out to Dan Bennett and his staff for jobs well done.
Bennett is a district supervisor inland fisheries biologist for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Based in Denison, the 44-year-old scientist oversees nearly a dozen public reservoirs across North Texas.
Among them are Texas’ newest lake — 16,600-acre Bois d’ Arc Lake in Fannin County. Bennett will also oversee Lake Ralph Hall, a 7,600-acre Fannin County reservoir currently under construction by the Upper Trinity Water District.
