The community cane together last week to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Texarkana Emergency Center and Hospital with an official ribbon cutting ceremony. The celebration marked a decade of Texarkana Emergency Center and Hospital providing the quality and level of medical care of a hospital-based ER with a private, patient-focused practice at 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
