Expected top-selling children’s presents this holiday season For younger boys and girls, anything with a Power Ranger design is expected to be a big wish item. Boys in particular are hinting at Gargoyles and Batman merchandise. Girls still seem interested in playing dress-up, so toy stores are anticipating sales will include a variety of Barbie and Pocahontas merchandise. One of the bigger hits this holiday season is expected to be merchandise from Disney’s latest motion picture “Toy Story,” along with toys from prior releases “Pocahontas” and “The Lion King.”
