BCSO christens updated helicopter thanks to Texarkana College

TC aviation maintenance program gives copter first facelift in thirty years

After more than 30 years, the Bowie County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) helicopter received a facelift thanks to a donation by the Texarkana College aviation maintenance program. The helicopter’s paint is a reverse look to the department’s patrol units.

“Our cars are white with black stripes and it’s black with white stripes,” said BCSO Sheriff Jeff Neal.
