Philippians 3:12, “I admit that I haven’t yet acquired the absolute fullness that I’m pursuing, but I run with passion into his abundance so that I may reach the destiny that Jesus Christ has called me to fulfill and wants me to discover.” (TPT)
Pursuing God is an amazing and fun journey. One reason for this is because no one has ever experienced the complete fullness of God. Because God is never ending and amazing, I can have daily encounters with the Lord every day that are more powerful than any revival service. In my daily pursuit of God, I am searching for one thing, Him. As I pursue Him, God reveals more of His destiny for me. I seek God more and more daily so I can know more about His personality and characteristics. When I do this, He responds to my seeking by telling me more about who I am and all that I’m called to do. When our true life is completely surrendered and hidden in the Lord, our daily pursuit is to seek him for who He is. These are those moments where He speaks to our heart and transforms everything. Our daily time with God shifts the atmosphere of our lives and brings new destiny upon us daily.
So many people are trying to figure out what they are called. Our ultimate purpose is to seek the face of God and worship Him with everything that we have. When we seek Him, it is His good pleasure to reveal our destiny and the great things that He has reserved for us. God wants you to discover your purpose because there is great reward for the Kingdom of God when you have laid your life down, completely surrendered to the call of God. The Lord is asking for us to recklessly abandon our hearts and minds.
