DeKalb hosted New Boston Friday night for district basketball action with the Hornets taking both games. The Hornets defeated the Bears by a score of 53-42 and the Lady Hornets outscored the Lady Bears by a final score of 65-42.
In other district basketball action, the New Boston Lady Lions downed Atlanta by a score of 44-42, and the Rabbs beat the Lions by a score of 47-32.
