The Texarkana Chamber of Commerce is endorsing a program that will help Bowie County businesses and employers connect for better job opportunities and retention.
Through a grant from the T.L.L. Temple Foundation, the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce will be offering the ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC). The NCRC measures skills that align with workforce development in the area.
The grant allows anyone interested to take the test at no cost.
