As the regular season winds up, the girls from Hooks, DeKalb and New Boston will head into the brackets next week with the Lady Hornets in 2nd place behind L-E and the girls from DeKalb and New Boston in the 3rd and 4th seed spots. In boy’s basketball, one game remains on the regular schedule and is set for this Friday. The Hornets look to be in the 2nd seed spot followed by Atlanta and Queen City. On Friday in DeKalb, the QC boys took down the Bears and the Lady Bears won their matchup with the Lady Bulldogs.
