Titus Regional Medical Center deliberated on the decision to sell or lease the hospital at their latest board meeting on Feb. 2.
The potential sale has been in discussions for the past two years, with the board voting to discuss potential partnerships last October.
The meeting commenced with public comments consisting of 12 visitors voicing their thoughts on how the potential sale may affect the patients, staff, and culture at TRMC.
