A New Boston teen is facing charges for unlawfully keeping a minor female in his car after she pleaded for him to let her go, officials said.
Nathan Isayah Stephens, 18, was arrested for unlawful restraint on January 21 in New Boston.
According to a probable cause affidavit, New Boston police stopped a car driven by Stephens at approximately 7:45 p.m. near the intersection of North Bowie and Lanier streets.
