Young ladies competed for the title in their age groups at the 2026 Miss Hooks pageants Saturday at the Hooks High School Auditorium. The annual pageant is sponsored by the Hooks High School Mighty Hornet Band and showcases local young ladies’ talents and beauty while supporting community youth sports. The winner of the title of Miss Hooks was Hooks High School junior Hallie Hartwick who, along with the crown, also received a $1,000 college scholarship.
The funds from the pageant will help the Mighty Hornet Band fund their end of year trip to Disney World to celebrate a year of music and marching competitions.
