Spring is right around the corner. It is time to go out and work in your gardens and flower beds. Spring is a great time to clean up the plants that you already have and add some new ones to the landscape. There is ALWAYS room for a few more plants in your ornamental plantings or your vegetable garden!
The Bowie County Master Gardeners association is hosting their Annual Plant Sale on Saturday, March 28, at Trail Head Park in New Boston (200 S. Ellis St.). The sale will begin at 8 AM sharp and conclude at Noon. Get there at 8 AM if you want to find the best selection and something interesting and new to add to your plant collection. Cash and checks will be accepted. New this year, we will be able to accept electronic payments too.
Funds raised through the sale benefit the education and outreach efforts of the Bowie County Master Gardeners in our area.
