A judge ordered a previously convicted sex offender from DeKalb to serve the three life sentences handed down by a Bowie County jury for sexual abuse of a child consecutively.
Gary Lynn Crouch, 46, received three life sentences with no possibility of parole Thursday following a two day trial for sexually abusing his stepchild in 2022.
Following an emotional impact statement by the victim, 5th District Judge Bill Miller ordered the sentences to be served consecutively.
