A 500-acre plot of land at a local industrial park has the potential to bring tech jobs and AI investments to Bowie County.
“Project Big Pine” is a joint effort between TexAmericas Center (TAC) and Potentia Development to make a 500-acre plot of land on the TAC-East Campus “shovel- ready” to attract data centers, AI infrastructure and other power-intensive commercial users.
The project represents an estimated $3.5 billion investment and at least 120 permanent jobs to the region.
