Twin City Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. recognized persons 90 years old plus for their contributions to their family and community, at their 12th annual Nonagenarian Celebration on 06/25/2022 during a brunch at the TISD Service Center, 1600 Waterall, Texarkana TX. TLOD have a youth group Top Teens of America. The three Honorees and guests were entertained by Rosie Daughtery (pianist and soloist) and Cameron Smith (Saxophonist). Each Honoree was given a plaque by Top Ladies of Distinction.
