Due to the snowstorm and sub-freezing weather of February 11through February 19 the City of De Kalb received damage to our street and utility systems. As a result, the City of De Kalb declares a State of Weather Disaster.
They are pursuing all local, state, and federal sources to help with the repair of affected infrastructure and aid for our citizens.
