The COVID-19 crisis has hit hard all over the State of Texas, and the numbers are rising here in Bowie County, with 32 cases now confirmed here in the county.
One place that has been dramatically impacted is the Telford Prison Unit in New Boston, which now has 2,839 people on medical restriction status, and another 22 under medical isolation.
There are six confirmed cases now at the Telford Unit, with 16 tests results pending as of today, with all of this information updated today on the Texas Department of Criminal Justice website.
