Texas Governor Greg Abbott held a press conference earlier today, with some key information in reference to the ongoing crisis with COVID-19.
Gov. Abbott stated that as of today, there have been 19 deaths caused by COVID-19, with over 700 cases now reported in the State of Texas. He also said that over 11,000 have now been tested for the virus in Texas.
Working to get more person protection equipment (PPE) out to medical community and testing centers, and others that require them, with over 100,000 expected to be delivered this week, and over 1 million in subsequent weeks.
