Bowie County officials address concern over virus

Local Bowie and Miller county officials gathered this morning to discuss possible actions to address the COVID-19 virus.

Bowie County Judge Bobby Howell facilitated a press conference at Texarkana College following the meeting to layout the county’s handling of the issue, to address the widespread concern over the virus. To date, there has not been a single reported case of the so-called “Corona virus” in Bowie County, with the closest reported case in Gregg County.
