Manna Kitchen to cease operations

The Chapel of Light issued an official statement this morning on the closing of Manna Kitchen.

It reads:

Manna Kitchen, a ministry of Chapel of Light, an Interdenominational church in New Boston, announced it would cease operation on March 22, 2019. The original mission of Manna Kitchen was to provide meals to the elderly and shut-ins 7 days a week, as a ministry of the church, which accepted no federal or state funding, but relied on donations or area churches, individuals, organizations and businesses to carry out its ministry.
